Buyers:

1. If you cannot drive a stickshift car, be alert not to buy one. It is a the buyers responsibility to check before you bid.

2. There is a "Buyer Fee" and "Seller Fee" on every vehicle. This is how the auction earns it's expenses. You need to take this into consideration when bidding.


How to Bid:

1. You must obtain a "Bid Badge".
2. You must place a $200 deposit. If you buy a car, that deposit is applied toward the purchase price of the car, and if you do not buy, your deposit is refunded to you, when you turn in your badge.
3. Inspect the cars prior to the beginning of the auction.
4. When the sale starts, everyone must come inside for safety reasons.
5. At an auction, under state law, a bid is a legally binding oral contract, and when the auctioneer says "sold", the designated bidder is responsible for the vehicle and its payment from that point on.
6. Buyers and sellers represent to the auction that they are over 18 years of age by participating in the auction process.
7. Deposits are non-refundable nor transferable, and are taken to insure the full payment for hte car bid on only.
8. It is alright to stop the auctioneer to ask any question, at anytime.

Sellers:

You must sign your paperwork, and pay your entry fee, before your car will run through the sale.

Position of cars in the sale are at the discretion of the auction.

Any car brought on our premises, before, during, or after a sale, or left at the sale, is at the owners risk. Owner agrees the auction is not responsible for theft of any damages, whatsoever. Cars will be towed if left on our property after the sale.

Sellers, please represent your car honestly and non-shifting transmissions and lower engine bearing noise must be announced.

Sellers are responsible for correcting any errors on their paperwork. Check it before selling.

If you cannot be present, we will gladly represent your car, but you must leave us your low dollar price and your phone number.

We sell cars, trucks, vans, 4WD's, motorcycles, trailers, RV's and boats.

Remember:

We sell for churches, Charities, and fraternal groups. Ask about our program to help raise money for your organization.

We take major credit cards and checks with approval.

Your deposit holds your purchase for 48 hours.

Our auction staff is here to help you, do not hesitate to ask any question you have.

Our rules are designed so that buyers and sellers are treated equally.

Office hours: 12 to 4 Daily, Monday - Saturday.


Hint:

From our 10 years experience, and the sale of thousands of cars, we have noticed that people are hesitant to bid at the beginning of the sale, either from confusion or waiting to see what else comes in, or thinking prices will get lower.
WRONG!!
The best way to get a bargain, is to look cars over first, when your car comes on the auction block, BID!
YOU CAN"T GET A BARGAIN IF YOU DON'T BID (and you never know what price a seller may take).
